The well thought out design of this home is what makes it so appealing. The buildings are dived into three separate units, one at each end, having two bedrooms and a bath in each one and the larger building in the middle has two separate kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, with a large deck that encompasses the entire front. The kitchens are full service, allowing you to prepare as many home cooked meals as you want at a huge savings from the high cost of restaurant meals. The beautiful deck has child proof railing around it with a panoramic view of the water and shoreline, and allows you to enjoy ever changing sunsets.

It’s ideally situated for two families that enjoy traveling together, but yet still likes to have their privacy.

The three buildings open into a screened in area, looking out over the well landscaped grounds.

All rooms have ceiling fans and the bedrooms are air conditioned for you comfort while sleeping. The kitchen, living and dining room are situated to be able to capture the nice balmy breezes.

Rates are based on two adults, with up to two children in each building. Both sections can accommodate eight people quite comfortable, for additional persons, please e-mail me.

There’s an additional one bedroom cottage the Osprey Nest available on the estate for larger groups or for monthly or long term rentals.
